Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on your first coaching session. If you're not satisfied with the coaching format or approach after your initial session, contact us within 14 days of payment for a full refund. This covers the first session fee only.

2. Essentials Package (3-Month Commitment)

Cost: £180 per month (3-month minimum commitment = £540 total)

Cancellation: You may cancel with 2 weeks' written notice. Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing month.

Refunds: Once your first session is complete, no partial refunds are provided for early cancellation within your commitment period. After 3 months, you may cancel month-to-month at any time with 2 weeks' notice.

3. Premium Journey (Month-to-Month)

Cost: £320 per month, no minimum commitment

Cancellation: You may cancel at any time with 7 days' written notice. Your final billing cycle occurs at cancellation.

Refunds: No refunds for partial months. Your access ends at the end of the current billing period.

4. Free Consultation

Our initial 30-minute consultation is complimentary. No payment is required, and there is no cancellation policy for this session.

5. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

We will respond within 5 business days to confirm cancellation and process any eligible refunds.

6. Payment Method & Processing

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Bank transfer refunds may take an additional 2–3 business days to appear in your account.

7. Non-Refundable Items

Digital resources, templates, and guides provided during your coaching cannot be refunded. These are retained for your reference after cancellation.

8. Rescheduling & Missed Sessions

You may reschedule up to 2 sessions per month with 48 hours' notice. Missed sessions without notice are forfeited and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

9. No Refunds After Commitment Period

After your commitment period ends (3 months for Essentials Package), no refunds are available except for technical failures on our part that prevent service delivery.

10. Disputes

If you dispute a charge or refund decision, please contact us within 30 days of the transaction. We will review and respond within 10 business days.

11. Changes to Policy

We reserve the right to update this refund policy. Changes apply only to new purchases. Your existing commitments are honoured under the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
